Pawsome started in 2015 with a simple idea: give Sydney's Inner West dogs the kind of care we'd want for our own pups. Over a decade later, we're still a boutique, locally-run team who genuinely love what we do - and it shows in every walk, every daycare session, and every wagging tail.
Our walkers aren't just doing a job - they're building relationships with your dog, learning their quirks, and becoming their favourite humans (sorry, not sorry). Every team member is police-checked, experienced, and hand-picked because they share our obsession with keeping dogs happy, healthy, and tired.
We've walked thousands of dogs (many of our original clients are still with us), explored every park in the Inner West, and built a reputation on one thing: treating your pet like family. Meet the team who make it all happen.

We're very grateful for these two loveable lads - they inspire us in everything we do for Pawsome and fellow furbabies. We wanted to create a legacy for Koda and Taj as they've had such a positive impact on our lives.

Our fearless leader, Av comes from a background in ICT. When taking a break from the corporate world while Koda was a puppy, she was concerned by the lack of quality pet care providers that didn't meet her expectations and thought there must be a better way - so Pawsome Pet Servicesā¢ was born!
Paul
Co-Founder
A Product Designer by trade and massive animal lover, Paul ensures the brand is looking its tip-top best while keeping operations running at optimum levels for staff and clients alike. Also moonlights as Pawsome's resident cat whisperer!
Hine
Inner West Pack Lead
Hine is the heart of Pawsome's daily operations. With years of experience and a genuine love for every pup she walks, she's become the favourite human for dozens of Inner West dogs. If your dog comes home exhausted and happy, Hine probably had something to do with it.
